Birthday cake and greetings to members from GCHA

Dt. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of GCHA was held at Maeva Restaurant and Hall on Saturday, August 26 at 7 pm. Vijaybhai Trivedi, vice president of the organization, opened the meeting by conducting the slogan of the meeting. All the members present stood disciplined and sang the national anthem respectfully. Vijay Bhai Trivedi then welcomed the members present. Vijay Bhai invited the Chief Advisory Committee and office-bearers Uren Bhai Patel, Chenatbhai Shah, Sandeep Bhai Kotecha, Institute President Vipul Bhai, Vice President Deepal Bhai and Minister/Treasurer Vijay Bhai Patel to take their places on the stage. Then Uren Bhai Patel, Advisor of GCHA and Secretary of FITAG welcomed everyone and briefed the present members about FITAG, GCHA and its establishment. Talking about the work done by Vipul Bhai and his team in the last two years, he praised Vipul Bhai and his team. Uren Bhai was honored at this time. After that, the president of the organization Vipul Bhai Dave welcomed and introduced all the members present. The members were briefed about the work done by GCHA in the year 2022-23, representation of GCHA in FITAG programs and programs of GCHA. A special presentation was prepared by Somnath Bhai and Vipul Bhai about the events of GCHA 2023. Through which the members were shown information including photos of each event.

During this GCHA founding advisor Gauragbhai Vyas came. And he too was given a place on the stage with honor. Here Vijay Bhai presented the accounts of the year 2022-23 before the members. This account was ratified by the members. Then a live presentation of GCHA's new Gujarati and English website was made by Somnath Bhai, Executive Member of GCHA and Rehana Madam. First of all Rehana madam gave the information given in English site. Then Somnath Bhai gave information about the Gujarati site. All the members present thanked Somnath bhai, Rehana madam and their team by clapping their hands.

At about 9 o'clock Gaurang Bhai spoke to the members in which he praised Vipul Bhai and his committee for the work done. Some suggestions were given. According to Gaurang Bhai's guidance, the committee for the year 2021-23 was dissolved in the presence of the members as per the rules of the organization. A call was again made by Gaurang Bhai to appoint a new executive for the coming year. Gaurang Bhai made some suggestions and then proposed to the meeting that Vipul Bhai should once again be made the President of GCHA. Which received a great response from all the members present. Gaurang Bhai announced Vipul Bhai as President of GCHA for the year 2023-25 unopposed. And requested Vipul Bhai to take the mic and appoint a team that suits him. Vipul Bhai as per his planning and selection from among the members present keeping in mind their ability, suitability, experience and sentiment and announced a full committee specially considering the works and development of GCHA. As per Vipul Bhai's announcement, all executive members came up to the stage and took their seats. The new committee was then greeted and photographed by the members present. Finally, all the members parted after enjoying the Preeti Bhojan. Approximately 50 members were present. Thus the Annual General Meeting of GCHA concluded with much enthusiasm and joy.

At the Annual General Meeting the Management Committee of GCHA was appointed as provided herein.
