Birthday cake and greetings to members from GCHA

On 21/11/2023, Tuesday at 10:30 am, a product training on special Canon printers was jointly organized by GCHA and Canon Company for the members of GCHA at Hotel Promenant in Kudasan, Gandhinagar. The training program was started at 11:30 am. First of all GCHA organization president Vipul Dave and FITAG secretary Uren Patel welcomed the delegates. By Canon company, his special representative is Head of Waste Department Mr. Tiwari, Manager Sales Department and Marketing Department Mr. Saurabh Shah and Nayan Patel were specially present in this event. In this training, information was given about sales, new products and especially G series and GX series printers. This training was specially organized to provide maximum benefit to the company, customer and dealer as well as printer seller. The members of GCHA also had an important discussion about the issues and difficulties arising in sales and service and tried to resolve the issues with the representatives of the company and convey the queries of the members to the company. This training, presentation and vigorous discussion lasted for approximately one and a half hours i.e. till 1:00 pm.

As such, on behalf of the program, Canon Company was able to convey information about their products to dealers, printer sellers and members of GCHA in Gandhinagar. And on the other hand GCHA members were also able to put their questions before the company. About 35 members participated in the product training. After the completion of the programme, the team of Canon company paid a courtesy visit to the core committee of GCHA. After lunch all the friends parted ways and another great product training program was added to our list of GCHA events which was completed very nicely.
