PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING MEMBERSHIP

• First of all download the given form and take a print out and fill it.

• Attach two xerox copies of GST certificate, Aadhaar card or driving license and passport size photograph along with this form.

• Payment of Cheque, Netbanking or Cash Fees after form verification.

• Submitting the form to the institution head or minister.

    TO OBTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GCHA

    RULES FOR GETTING MEMBERSHIP:

    • The field of your business should be related to selling services or goods like information technology, computer hardware, software, web or mobile applications, CCTV cameras, printers.

    • Your company/business should have completed three years.

    • The area of business should include Gandhinagar city. And your headquarters should be located in Gandhinagar area.

    MEMBERSHIP FEES:

    • A company joining GCHA will have to pay a membership fee of Rs.3250/- for the first year.

    • Annual Renewal Fee Rs.2250/- per year from second year onwards.

    NOTE:

    • Fees will not be refunded under any circumstances

    • The organization reserves the right to cancel membership immediately if the information provided for obtaining membership is found to be false or in any event during the year.

    • After the completion of the year, if the annual fee is not paid within the stipulated time, the membership will be cancelled.

    • Every member of the position has to follow the rules of the organization.
